If you would like to come and join us for a 2 WEEK TRIAL at WAPA,  please fill in the following form. Your requested 2 week trial is subject to availability & must be on consecutive weeks from the date allocated.

All this information is required to ensure your child has a safe, secure & appropriate time during their 2 weeks trial - The information will also serve as your official enrolment form should you decide to stay with us.

You will be asked to pay an initial £30 (£18 Little Wapa) to secure your 2 trial sessions.

At the end of your trial, should you decide to JOIN WAPA, you will need to contact us via the link in the email (wapaoffice@wapa.uk.com). Normal fees of £18.50 (£12.50 Little Wapa) per week payable TERMLY either in FULL or INSTALMENTS will then apply. Your original trial fee will be deducted.

There is no obligation to join after your trial.
